How does booking work?
Choose your dates on the booking page. Smoobu shows availability and price, then guides you securely through the reservation.
Is the pool heated?
Yes. The villa has a heated saltwater pool with a separate spa area.
How many guests can stay?
Up to eight guests can stay across three bedrooms and an additional den with a queen sleeper sofa.
Are WiFi, parking and EV charging included?
High-speed WiFi is free throughout the home. The double garage provides two secure parking spaces and electric-vehicle charging.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Additional booking conditions or charges may apply.
How far are the beach and airport?
The airport is around a 30-minute drive. Depending on destination and traffic, beaches are about 30 to 45 minutes away.
Can guests fish or canoe at the canal?
The villa sits directly on a freshwater canal. Fishing and canoeing are available in the surrounding area.
